Profile- Manager Finance ( Finance & Risk) HOD

Preferred experience 4-5 years

Place of posting - Guru gram (Hybrid b/w WFH & Office)

Salary- 10 LPA to 15 LPA

Maintain and Finalize US and UK companies books of accounts using QuickBooks software and filing companies tax returns with their respective tax authorities.

Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations along with the respective laws in the US & UK in consultation with the local consultants.

Comply and review necessary accounting and financial data to ensure accurate filing US Income Tax return filing with IRS and UK account file with HMRC.

Income tax assessment with IRS and HMRC as and when required.

Payroll management for the onshore entities.

AR/AP management for the onshore entities.

Working with Business Unit Heads and HoDs for financial planning and growth strategies

Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to Finance HoD

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

M & A experience (preferred)

Working knowledge

Knowledge of India AS, GAAP, IFRS,

Transfer Pricing. Understanding of QuickBooks,

Tally ERP, MS Office. Excellent communication skills
