KeyResponsibilities:

• Ordering and interpreting diagnostictests to determine the severity of patientsconditions.
• Administering lifesavinginterventions including advanced airway management and cardiacresuscitation.
• Collaborating with specialistsand medical teams to develop comprehensive treatmentplans.
• Monitoring and documenting patientsvital signs and response totreatment.
• Providing guidance and support tonursing and support staff during criticalprocedures.
• Participating in medical roundscase reviews and continuous medical educationactivities.
• Adhering to evidencebased practicesand protocols for critical care and emergencymedicine.
• Communicating effectively withpatients families and caregivers to provide updates and addressconcerns.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcareregulations quality standards and safetyprotocols.

RequiredQualifications:

• MBBS degree andactive medical license.
• Board certification orfellowship training in Critical Care Medicine or EmergencyMedicine.
• Proven experience in managingcritically ill patients in ICU and ERsettings.
• Advanced proficiency in using lifesupport equipment and technologies.
• Strongclinical decisionmaking skills under highpressuresituations.
