    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of junior professionals and ensuring their success in achieving company goals. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will have the opportunity to work in the exciting field of BPO and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of junior professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
    • Set clear expectations and goals for the team, ensuring they are met and exceeded
    • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies to drive success
    • Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration
    • Handle and resolve any escalated customer issues or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement
    • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recognition
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing them within the team
    • Generate reports and metrics to track team performance and present them to upper management
