• Collaborate with head-hunters to hire and retain the top best talent.
• Screen resumes and job application forms.
• First connect with candidates via calls and schedule on-line interviews.
• Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
• Help to structure the job description.

Skills required

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience using spreadsheets.
• Knowledge in HR policies and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Supporting and improving all HR functions.
• Working Knowledge of ERP & HRMS Software
