- Expertise in the Renewable Energy Industry and comprehension of critical aspects of the sector
- Managing current client relationships within the Renewable Energy Practice on a P&L basis, expanding and retaining existing clients
- Engaging with underwriters to address client needs and having a good understanding of various Indian insurers
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Identifying key decision makers, client needs, and tailoring services and products accordingly
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Previous experience in team management in the Insurance sector or any other industry
- Expertise in Corporate Relationship Management and providing business solutions from a service-oriented background
- Ability to handle diverse client cultures including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients
- Experience in property and large risks underwriting
- Preferably experience in Renewable Energy sector
- Thorough understanding of the Industry and Government Bodies
- MBA/Engineer from a renowned B-School
- Self-driven and capable of working autonomously
- Ability to collaborate across teams and hierarchies to drive rapid business growth
- Skilled at engaging in detailed discussions with CXOs to grasp their needs and build strategic relationships
- Aptitude to initiate and manage the client acquisition process end-to-end
- Strong decision-making skills and commitment to project completion
