Role Description:

• This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for fulllife cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our clients.
• They will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain highquality Experience in fulllife cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
• Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Ability to effectively source and attract qualified candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
