    WebRangers Talent Management is a leading 360-degree talent and entertainment management company specializing in artist management influencer marketing and brand collaborations. We work with Bollywood celebrities influencers models comedians singers dancers and sports personalities providing top-tier management services.

    Role Description

    We seek a highly organized proactive Assistant Intern to support the Executive Assistant to the Founders' Office. This is a full-time on-site internship in Mumbai for 3 months with a potential transition into a full-time Assistant Coordinator role. The intern will assist the EA in managing daily administrative tasks scheduling communication and operational support to ensure seamless workflow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Executive Assistant in managing the Founders' schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
    • Handle email coordination follow-ups and basic correspondence on behalf of the EA.
    • Support in preparing reports documents and presentations as required.
    • Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information with discretion.
    • Coordinate internal and external communication with different departments and stakeholders.
    • Assist in event planning logistics and execution of company-related activities.
    • Manage office supplies documentation and other administrative duties to enhance efficiency.
    • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to streamline daily office operations.
    • Handle phone calls professionally demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
    • Assist in managing office equipment operations and troubleshooting minor technical issues.

    Requirements

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Google Workspace and office equipment operation.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong phone etiquette.

    Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

    A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.

    Prior experience in administrative roles coordination or internship with senior executives is a plus.
