Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling and be responsible for assembling raw footage into a finished project that aligns with the company's vision and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for our website, YouTube more.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts, style, tone, and execution.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all outputs.
• Create videos using stock footage, AI voice-overs, motion graphics, and background music.
• Manage multiple editing projects with quick turnarounds while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain a well-organized file structure and video archive.
• Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing deadlines and feedback loops efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
• A portfolio or showreel will be a plus to showcase your skills and experience.
• Familiar with AI editing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in creative related field preferred but not required.
