- MBA/Master's in Finance/Strategy or CA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience leading business finance teams and managing key work tracks including Business Finance - AOP, FPA, and preparing management reports.
- Prior experience in FinTech companies is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and co-lead business tracks with non-finance functions such as Business and Technology.
- Proficiency in using business reporting tools/ERPs; experience with data analytics tools is advantageous.
