    Description

    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive regional business development and acquire new clients to expand market presence.
    • Conduct market research on clients, and competitors in commercial real-estate/ office sector trends.
    • Develop and deliver tailored pitches and presentations that meet client needs.
    • Actively prospect for new clients and convert prospects into business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the department head and team for a seamless sales cycle.
    • Represent SKV Commercial by targeting potential clients, partners, and collaborators in commercial real estate.
    • Explore networking opportunities in office leasing and cultivate robust relationships.
    • Create advocacy affiliations to strengthen SKV's market position.
    • Generate business leads through cold and warm calling techniques.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with developers and brokers for a strong industry network in commercial real estate.
    • Establish and maintain connections with vendors and suppliers in the market.

    Qualification & Skills:

    • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial FIT-OUT or related industry (leasing, PMC and design).
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
