EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

• Preparation of f Technical Specification Of Automation Equipments such as PLC , HMI , Server Client Etc.
• Development of PLC programming and HMI as per process
• Design Network Configuration As Per Technical Specification
• Technical discussion with Client & Consultant
• Inspection of Manufacturing of the Automation Panels/System of the Related Equipments at Vendor Place from time to time
• Preliminary tests with machines, CCMs, VFD, etc.
• Assistance and solution of incidents in the start-up of production of machinery and industrial processes (SAT).
• Low voltage installations design knowledge.
• Supervision and analysis of technical documentation.
• Collaboration in the realization of logical schemes and functional descriptions based on P&ID.
• Direct contact with suppliers (national and international).
• Configuration of the Communications Network, dimensioning of the different components, as well as the necessary infrastructure for communications

SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :

• KNOWLEDGE OF PCS7 PREFERABLE , Tia portal V18 onwards , PLC's (Siemens) , SCADAS, HMI (Siemens) , Profinet, Profibus and Modbus Communication, fieldbus, ethernet , ETAP , EPLAN
