Description

Verifications of documents - Verification of loan documents through empaneled agencies for follow-up execution, report cross checking & keeping control on report releases as per TAT & ensuring quality output.

Background / Profile Checks - Checks on profile of customer / various agencies through Networking/market intelligence/feedback.
Ensure standardized RCU processes are followed across various locations in terms of basic sampling and reporting thereof .
Handling the Audit and Risk management framework for all Branches.
Conducting Fraud Investigation, Recommending action against fraudulent cases & process lapses.

Responsible for conducting a) Field Audits through a team of RCU Managers/ RCU Executives and b) preparation of various investigation reports (Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and/or annually).

Manpower planning, team building, training to stakeholders.
Vendor / Agency Management.

Candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in the Retail Loans ( Micro LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans etc.) in RCU/FCU/Internal Audit Department.

Knowledge of local market intelligence and RCU network.
