Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager located in Kashipur. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing customer relationships. They will identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the textile industry(Yarns).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies
• Experience in managing client relationships and meeting sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing software and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Experience in leading and managing a sales and marketing team is a plus
• A passion for innovation and creativity in sales and marketing is a plus
