It focuses on women in urban slums andhas three verticals: (1) Myna Health focuses on improving women ssexual and reproductive health (SRH) outcomes with a reach of 1.5million women. (2) Myna Employ helps provide job opportunities towomen through digital work. (3) Myna Research gathers primary dataon women s agency employment and health outcomes in urban slums andruns evaluations including randomized control trials to highlightwomen s persistent problems and demonstrate solutions for scale.Across all verticals Myna uses the MHealth application and itsfeatures to reduce the digital divide provide access to informationand connectwomen.

    Aboutthe Role:MynaMahila is looking for an energetic selfmotivated individual who isnot afraid to take on challenges and can passionately tell Myna sstory to inspire and motivate donors. Our Fundraising Lead will befocusing on the fundraising efforts of the organization to mobilizeresources for the organization overall and for programimplementation specifically working on CSR relatedinitiatives.
    Yourresponsibilities willinclude:
    • Lead thefundraising strategy and execute on itendtoend
    • Initiate fundraising campaigns andconversations with individuals (HNIs) philanthropic organizationsand family foundations and most important corporates(CSRs).
    • Arrange and lead meetings to generatefunding and form longterm partnerships
    • Writefundraising proposals for funding award applications and apply togrants timely
    • Manage fundraising the total sumneeded for the financial year s budget
    • OwnSalesforce management at the backend and utilize the software fordata analysis and presentations to the CEO and theBoard.
    • Maintain strong relationships withexisting and new key funders and stakeholders. This includes but isnot limited to managing the newsletters individual checkins leadingpresentations and followup calls
    • Maintaindatabase and background on current and potential fundersstakeholders andpartners

    OtherResponsibilities:
    • Creatingand maintaining a database of donor leads and prospectivedonors
    • Maintaining relationships with recurringdonors to meet fundraising goals. This includes mapping screeningand research of new fundraising prospects through online andoffline networking
    • Leading and operationalizingdonor engagement strategy to drive measurable achievements offundraising strategy and administer strategy updates for dynamicproject needs
    • Leading donor interactions andidentifying funding opportunities. Based on creating and ensuringimplementation of work plans inclusive of designing and writingmaterials for communications with different prospective donors andchannels
    • Assisting with the proposaldevelopment. This involves creating budget plans presentations andcoordinating with project leaders.
    • Ensuringfundraising content is updated on the website and socialmedia
    • Monitoring evaluating and reporting oneffectiveness of individual fundraising initiatives andcampaigns

    Whatwe are looking for:
    • 4years in Marketing Fundraising Impact evaluation or relevantsector
    • Development sector professionalpreferred
    • Minimum Bachelors degree from areputed Indian or global institution MBA or financial Mastersdegrees preferred but not required
    • Effectiveverbal and written communication
    • Empatheticenthusiastic selfmotivated willing to be challenged and takepersonal responsibility
    • Ability to worksuccessfully across the organization and having flexiblethinking
    • Having a high level of sense ofresponsibility
    • Strong command over Microsoftoffice G Suite
    • Willing to travel among otheroffices and site locations
    • Initiative andattentive to details
    • Good analytical skills indeveloping and implementing resource mobilizationstrategies
