    Job Summary

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives, and maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Performance Management and Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop growth plans to enhance employee skills and productivity.
    • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and payroll administration.
    • Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and good judgment.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Rise & Lead offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
