    Manager RAN has the responsibility of planning, recruiting, developing and managing competence which would be responsible to deliver global optimization projects performed within the RAN domain from the SL optimize organization to the Ericsson customers in the different market areas

    Must have Skills

    • Pre and Post Launch Optimization

    • Strong Technology background in 2G/3G/4G/5G

    • E2E process flow digitization in current or previous projects

    • Strong RF background

    What you will do

    • People Management: Drive employee satisfaction, IPM and Career management

    • Competence Management: Identify Competence Gaps, Development Plans and Assessments. Focus on technical as well as automation skills

    • Unit Management: Cost Centers owner, Absorption, utilization, EGMS Compliance and Communication

    • Project Management: Customer Management, Project performance and Project Financials

    • Operation Management: Delivery execution, Monitoring (e.g. productivity, quality, SLA fulfillment.) and Process compliance

    • Transformation Drive: Drive automation, Data driven operations and Workflow Management

    • Identify E2E digitization use-cases and drive the funnel to production lifecycle for the entire project. Drive ISF Process digitalization program and LCM of the identified use-cases

    • Have good understanding of software languages, techniques and cloud/server based automations. Understanding of MSDP tools, Citrix Login barriers, APIs, Data Lake architecture will be a plus

    • Identify specific areas of automation competence needs in project, gaps in current SP skills and come with CDP plan to train engineers to fast track automations in the project. Establishes high standards of performance. Set clear goals and expectations to his team. Ability to ramp up competence having high impact on domain level

    • Effective communication skills while interacting with stake holders within and other functional areas. Ability to plan, execute and measure the organizational initiatives in an effective manner.

    You will bring

    • 12+ years of experience as a leader/manager in a Network Engineering/services/operator/technology environment, with previous experience preferably in managing a Design & optimization organization.

    • Experience in E2E process flow digitization in current or previous projects. Ability to identify blockers and remove the barriers towards achieving the efficiency targets in current or previous roles.

    • Senior subject matter expertise on operator network and understanding. Strong Technical Knowledge on Radio Access Networks.

    • Qualification - Bachelor or Master Degree within (Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering) and having software knowledge, MBA or PGDMA will be added advantage
