Role Overview
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 0–3 years of experience and hands-on exposure to
real-world AI/ML projects
. The role focuses on building, deploying, and serving AI solutions using
Python
,
REST APIs
, and
NLP / Generative AI
technologies. Strong fundamentals and a production mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI/ML models for real-world use cases
- Develop REST APIs using
FastAPI or Flask
to serve models - Work on
NLP
tasks (classification, NER, summarization, sentiment analysis) - Implement
Generative AI
solutions (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG) - Integrate AI systems with databases and applications
- Optimize model performance and reliability in production
Required Skills
- Strong
Python
skills and CS fundamentals (DSA basics) - Hands-on experience with
FastAPI / Flask - Practical exposure to
NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI - Experience with
PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn - Familiarity with
Git, Docker, SQL
, and basic deployment concepts
Must Have
- Experience working on
live or production-grade projects - Ability to explain implementation choices and trade-offs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Cloud exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Async Python or basic ML system design knowledge
