    DevOps Lead Engineer:

    The Kenvue DevOps Lead Engineer is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and secure software and infrastructure delivery solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory and other DevOps tools and technologies as required.

    Essential Functions:

    • Design CI/CD/CT pipelines using Jenkins Declarative Pipelines to build, test, and deploy a wide variety of software workloads for key stakeholders across the company.
    • Implement DevOps strategies and best practices to ensure efficient and reliable infrastructure.
    • Build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure platforms.
    • Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
    • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure efficient software delivery.
    • Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes for scalable deployment and management.
    • Collaborate closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
    • Act as a primary interface with internal customer across the Enterprise to ensure their business needs are met.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.

    Education, Knowledge and Skills / Technology Used:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 6+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a strong emphasis on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
    • Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
    • Expertise in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
    • Extensive experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
    • Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
    • Experience using enterprise artifact repository tools like Artifactory and Harbor.
    • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
