    IPS Administration & Payroll Specialists

    Job Description

    Job title:
    Provide transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes (e.g. personnel & payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates. Functions as expert regarding all aspects of data and payroll processing.

    Your role:

    • Manage process related best practice identification and implementation.
    • Provide functional lead and support to regional counterparts for process specific activities, ensuring global-local alignment.
    • Translate the strategy in respective area of expertise into processes and ways of working.
    • Manage internal and/or external vendors. (e.g., IT, ADP GV, Workday, CSoD)
    • Provides support/guidance in resolution of problems, reviews change requests, implementation of changes, ensures proper performance of used systems and interfaces.
    • Responsible for setting-up, managing and applying continuous improvements in the dedicated domain.
    • Provide high quality service delivery to all business areas.
    • Responsible for setting-up, managing and applying continuous improvements in the dedicated domain.
    • Subject Matter Experts ensuring global process integration.
    • Managing all HR Solutions Projects within IPS
    • Managing Global HR reporting and Data Quality across solution domains

    • Expertise in HR processes
    • Experience with end-to-end process design
    • Stakeholder management, Change management & Consulting experience
    • Experience in Shared Service Centers
    • Knowledge of quality systems and tools (Lean, Six sigma, etc.)
    • Global people and Process Leadership
