- Creating an efficient change management system.
- Documenting and managing code written.
- Hiring, managing and developing the engineering team.
- Managing all stages of software development: development, testing and deployment.
- Configuration management of software releases.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, BCA, BSC-IT, B.E (IT) or similar.
- 7+ years of workex in Java (J2EE).
- Proficient in Java frameworks like Struts 2, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Working knowledge in frontend technologies like Angular and React.
- Comfortable using GitHub or any other version control and project tracking tools.
- Worked on automated testing platforms like Selenium & JUnit.
- Practical knowledge on timelines and project estimates.
- Good leadership, decision making and organization skills.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Looking to grow with an earlystage startup.
