Job Description

At STM Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including:
Service Catalog
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Asset Management
IT Operations Management
Customer Service Management

The ideal candidate will have:

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, integrations, and data models

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks is also desired.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Strong technical skills and knowledge of ServiceNow
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java)
