Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Lead Architect (Trace)

In this role, we are looking for a Lead Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platforms to lead strategic transformation programs across enterprise clients.
The Lead Salesforce Architect is responsible for driving the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across the enterprise solutions that integrate Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Accounts Payable (AP) process automation This role serves as the strategic technical leader for all Salesforce initiatives-defining architectural standards, AI innovation, and finance domain knowledge to deliver intelligent, automated, and scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Architectural Strategy & Design
oDefine and own the Salesforce architecture roadmap - aligning business objectives with technical solutions.
oArchitect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
oTranslate complex business requirements into technical designs that leverage Salesforce's capabilities.
oEvaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and releases, and recommend adoption strategies.
oDevelop multi-org and multi-cloud strategies across Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform Clouds.

AI-Driven Solutions:
oCollaborate with AI/ML teams to design and implement intelligent workflow automation, and generative AI use cases within Salesforce (e.g., invoice processing, supplier interactions, predictive analytics).

Technical LeadershipoLead the technical design authority for all Salesforce AP initiatives.
oReview solution blueprints, integrations, and data flows to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
oDefine and enforce best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API usage, and declarative configurations.
oGuide teams on integration design patterns, API management, and event-driven architectures.
oPartner with enterprise architects to ensure consistency across the broader application landscape.

Data Architecture & Governance
oDesign robust data models to support business processes while maintaining data integrity and performance.
oDefine and manage data governance standards, ensuring compliance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
oOversee data migration and synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, Data Lakes, Marketing Automation, etc.).
oOptimize data usage for analytics, AI/ML integrations, and reporting.

Integration & Automation
oArchitect integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware tools.
oEnsure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems - such as ERP, HR, and financial platforms.
oImplement DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git).
oDefine standards for API security, authentication, and scalability.

Governance & Delivery Oversight
oEstablish and manage Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) standards.
oDefine coding, review, and deployment standards for internal and vendor teams.
oConduct architecture reviews, code audits, and technical performance assessments.
oEnsure delivery quality, platform stability, and minimal technical debt.

Leadership & Collaboration
oCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, program managers, and product owners.
oAct as the trusted advisor to senior leadership on CRM transformation initiatives.
oMentor developers, admins, and other architects to raise the overall technical bar.
oFacilitate knowledge sharing and establish a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science.
.Experience working in multi-org or multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
.Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, Large Language Models, and their enterprise applications.
.Prior exposure to AI, automation, or agentic workflow integrations with Salesforce.
.Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
.Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and finance operations.
.Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).
.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
.Experience managing vendor or offshore delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Technical Proficiency:
oDeep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
oStrong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and integration patterns.
oExperience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous integrations.
oFamiliar with Salesforce security architecture, OAuth, and SSO integrations.
oWorking knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
oExposure to GenAI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and workflow orchestration platforms.
.Certifications (Highly Preferred):
oSalesforce Certified Application Architect
oSalesforce Certified System Architect
oSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred
.Soft Skills:
