    Marketing Manager - Rheumatology / Ortho

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai (Kandivli).
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Marketing Manager and a strong background in marketing with a preferred specialty in Rheumat/Ortho.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate marketing activities across a portfolio of products, working closely with Product Managers and Sales teams.
    • Analyze market opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Represent Ipca Pharmaceuticals at industry events and conferences, showcasing expertise through presentations and discussions.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely responses to queries and addressing concerns effectively.
    • Plan and execute events for internal field forces, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability, balancing investments across the portfolio to maximize value.
    • Monitor and control budgets, expenses to ensure optimal returns on investment.
    • Identify areas for investment that can increase the portfolio's value.

    Essential Requirements:

    • 8-9 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • A strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
    • Leadership and time management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

    Desirable Requirements:

    • 9-12 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
    • Familiarity with the Indian market and regulatory environment.
    • Knowledge of data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
    • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
