    A concise glimpse into the role

    As an Account Manager at APPSeCONNECT, your role is pivotal in advising and supporting clients, tailoring solutions to achieve their business goals and drive revenue growth and client retention. You'll develop strategic plans aligned with client priorities, focusing on APPSeCONNECT to enhance efficiency and maximize profits. Your expertise in sales, account management & client communication ensures proactive solutions to address client needs effectively and retaining them.

    Additionally, you'll be in an ongoing client communication, adapting strategies based on feedback and resolving issues promptly. Versatility in communication methods is crucial for maintaining effective client relationships. Overall, your dedication to client satisfaction will be key in driving success and contributing to the growth of APPSeCONNECT.

    Your time will be invested in

    Portfolio Management

    • Take ownership of strategic client accounts and manage their success and retention.
    • Act swiftly to resolve conflicts, manage crises, and smooth out misunderstandings.
    • Employ excellent problem-solving skills to mitigate issues before they escalate.
    • Maintain professionalism and poise under pressure, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.

    Client Engagement and Consultation

    • Develop client engagement strategies and improve the quantity and quality of pursuits.
    • Understand and anticipate clients' business needs to drive the success of key accounts.
    • Consult regularly with clients to fully understand their needs and actively solve pain points.
    • Manage P&L of the customer as well as key metrics (utilization, delivery quality, expansion, customer satisfaction)

    Account Management

    • Manage the ongoing relationship with each of our customers to ensure better deliveries on all of their goals and desired outcomes.
    • Collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and expectations to ensure their experience aligns with the solutions offered by APPSeCONNECT.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

    Strategic Account Planning

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional solutions.
    • Develop strategic plans tailored to each client that promote long-term success and partnership.
    • Monitor account health indicators, such as customer satisfaction and product usage, to proactively address potential retention issues.

    Sales and Business Development

    • Work closely with team members to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate on proposals and solutions that meet the client's business objectives.

    Market Insight and Expertise

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the IPAAS market, including competitor strategies and industry trends.
    • Leverage industry insights to improve client outcomes and position the company as a thought leader.
    • Educate clients about new features, products, and practices that can enhance their business operations.

    What we want you to have

    • Sales and Account Management Background: Experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a B2B setting, demonstrating success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
    • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with client priorities, focusing on delivering value and achieving mutual success.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and address client needs.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting insights to inform decision-making, ensuring proactive solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Global Flexibility: Must be flexible with covering different global time zones to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders across regions, with an emphasis on flexible work hours.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Experience: Should have 4-6 years in Customer Success, with sales or account management experience in B2B setting preferred.
