    Job Title: Finishing Artist/Studio Artist

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a meticulous and talented Finishing Artist/Studio Artist to join our creative team. As a Finishing Artist, you will play a crucial role in refining and preparing artwork for final production, ensuring that designs meet quality standards and are ready for print or digital distribution. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in design software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the creative team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Take design concepts and raw files from designers and refine them to meet pre-production standards.

    2. Check file dimensions, fonts, images/illustrations, resolutions, color modes, and file formats to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.

    3. Ensure that design files adhere to print specifications, including color profiles, bleeds, crop marks, and safe zones, to guarantee accurate printing results.

    4. Meticulously review designs for errors, inconsistencies, and issues that could impact the final output; perform tasks such as text setting, image resolution checks, and color accuracy verification.

    5. Develop logos, illustrations, compositions, and layouts based on project requirements.

    6. Adjust and optimize design elements as needed, such as resizing images, adjusting typography, or making color corrections.

    7. Stay updated on industry standards, printing techniques, and software updates to ensure design files are compatible with current technologies.

    8. Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, Product Designer, and Creative team to understand project requirements and make necessary adjustments.

    9. Organize and maintain a well-structured file system to ensure design assets are easily accessible for future reference or revisions.

    Candidate Requisites:

    1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Prepress Software, and Preflight Tools.

    2. Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint.

    3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.

    4. Strong time-management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

    5. Degree or diploma in design, graphics, art, communication, or a related field.
