    Role Description :

    The Integration Architect is responsible for creating solutions for different clients to meet their interfacing requirements with SFDC and its products in their environment. The interfacing requirements could be creating different kind of output files using Salesforce applications, creating reports using Crystal, creating workflows using Process Manager, upgrading from lower version of SFDC Management applications to a higher version. The Architect should have in-depth knowledge of the SFDC WFM database and some knowledge of related tools which will assist in creating these customized solutions

    Responsibilities include:


    • Follow the SDLC process to provide the solution for Interfaces


    • Understanding the requirements from the client


    • Preparing the design document


    • Coding, testing and deploying the interfaces


    • User Acceptance Testing support


    • Deploy and release to production environment


    • Upgrading existing SFDC customers from lower version to a more compatible and recent version. This will include porting of the full-suite SFDC implementation and delivering it as a like to like solution. Overall, understanding of SFDC solution is a must for successfully upgrading and deploying the solution


    • The Consultant should show the flexibility for taking calls in the evening in different time-zones and the US team members. In certain scenarios, they will be required to support major releases and upgrades during US hours

    Qualifications :


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field


    • At least 10 years of industry experience


    • Experience in working with SQL relational database management systems. SQL scripting knowledge would be a plus

    · Minimum 8X Certified with atleast 2 Architect certifications


    • Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications


    • Domain knowledge of SFDC/ CRM is an additional advantage


    • Involved in design, build, test, deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systems


    • Designed and developed integration SFDC Integration Manager or similar Integration Tools


    • Experience in components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations would be good to have


    • Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to have


    • Excellent oral and written communication skills


    • Good customer interfacing skills
