Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in Thane. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and creating strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events. Collaboration with internal departments will be essential to align customer needs with technical service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills for effective client engagement
- Knowledge of Market Research, Analytics, and Strategic Planning to formulate and implement growth strategies
- Understanding of food, environmental, or pharmaceutical sectors will be advantageous
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and basic MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in managing a sales team or leading business development initiatives is a strong advantage
