- Make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Responding to Social Media Enquiries
- Coordination between customers and tailoring units
- Order fulfilment follow ups with vendors, logistics providers
- Order checking and Quality Checks prior to shipping products to customers
- English speaking skills - Oral and Written
- Customer Query Handling, Finding a Solution
- Knowledge of Hindi / Telugu will be an added advantage
