The National Sales Lead Oncology will be responsible for spearheading the national sales function driving revenue growth enhancing market penetration and developing a high-performing sales organization across India.This strategic role involves designing and executing national sales strategies fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring full compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
National direction for the sales team will be defined to establish leadership in the oncology therapy area. Regional Sales Managers will be coached to identify skill gaps enabling their professional development. A high-performance culture will be promoted through structured coaching feedback training interventions leading recruitment retention efforts to build sustain highly engaged sales teams.
