About the internship:
Job description HR recruiter fresherSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization
2. Candidate Management: Maintain candidate database, track their progress, and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
3. Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate feedback, and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other paperwork
5. Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management review
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1. Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
2. Knowledge: Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices. Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
3. Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided by the company. Only looking for good communication skills.
