    Job Summary:

    As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering long-

    term client relationships. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging with

    clients face-to-face, and effectively presenting our offerings. The successful candidate will have a strong

    background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a startup

    environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Identify and target potential B2B clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning

    our products/services as solutions to address their challenges.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer

    satisfaction and repeat business.

    Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients to showcase our offerings and

    understand their specific requirements.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and support

    sales initiatives.

    Develop and execute sales plans, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and monitoring

    performance metrics.

    Proactively explore new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company's

    client base.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide

    strategic input and ensure competitiveness.

    Work closely with the product and technical teams to tailor solutions and proposals to meet

    client needs.

    Handle contract negotiations and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

    Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and feedback to the management team.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Proven experience of 1 to 6 years in B2B sales, preferably in a startup environment or

    technology-related industry.

    Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
