Technical Project Manager- IT Delivery (7 to 12Years) WFH

CTC: 8 lacs to 15 lacs INR per annum

Responsibilities:
· Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes
· Cloud knowledge: Apply deep cloud design pattern knowledge for scalable and resilient cloud application development. Utilizing digital ocean or other cloud services for architecting and deploying cloud-native solutions.
· Microservices Architecture and containerization: Implement agile and scalable microservices using Kubernetes, and Docker.
· RESTful APIs: Design and implement RESTful APIs adhering to industry standards.
· Database Systems: Understanding of relational database like PostgreSQL - including design and optimization.
· CI/CD Pipeline: Knowledge of automated software delivery pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
· Testing: Proficiency in implementing TDD - unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
· Monitoring and Logging: Utilize monitoring tools to monitor application health and performance.
· Security: Apply security best practices to ensure system and data integrity and confidentiality.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in delivering projects using one or more of front end and backend languages and frameworks - , .NET, PHP, Python, , etc.
· Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
