    OnFinance is leveraging generative AI and NLP to build AI copilots for wealth and insurance companies backed by their vertical foundational model, NeoGPT for BFSI. These AI copilots are targeted at the research, and sales/RMs teams and is already in pilot usage by some of the largest BFSI players in India.

    Job Description:

    The Founders Office Intern at OnFinance AI will work closely with the company founders in an on-site role at our Bangalore office in Indiranagar. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to observe and participate in high-level management, operations, and product development within a dynamic tech startup environment. You will assist with a variety of tasks, including administrative support, strategic project management, and direct involvement in product development processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support in organizing and coordinating strategic meetings and presentations.
    • Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities.
    • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing critical documents.
    • Collaborate across teams to collect data and insights necessary for strategic decision-making.
    • Participate actively in product development initiatives, contributing ideas and assisting with the rollout of new features.
    • Document meeting proceedings, prepare detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in fintech and emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

    Learning Opportunities:

    Duration:
