    Title: L1 Support Engineer

    Location: Kanpur , Uttar pradesh

    Experience - 1 to 3 year

    We are currently seeking a L1 Support Engineer, who will be a part of a team that works collaboratively to solve complex problems and to ensure our large-scale, distributed services run optimally. This team has a balance between fast paced real-time operations support and deep system analysis to determine ways to reduce system complexity and improve efficiency. We bring creative engineering solutions to operations problems and focus on optimizing existing systems and reducing work through automation.

    Responsibilities:

    Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

    Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

    Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

    Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

    Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

    Be Able To Write Complex Sql Queries.

    Skills Required:

    Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

    Working Experience in Database Sql, Plsql.

    Comfortable with

    BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

    Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

    Understanding of Middleware technologies will be a plus
