    Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

    Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs

    Offering after-sales support services

    Recording and maintaining client contact data

    Co-coordinating with service engineer.

    Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

    Solving client problems

    Helping in the design of custom-made product.

    Plan everyday Task for service Engineer and Maintain the Workflow of the service Team.

    Minimum requirements:

    Freshers or Experience-1 Year Agreement. Need good Communication skills.

    Languages Known English, Tamil or Any Regional Language. If they know, Hindi will be added advantage

    Educational Qualification:

    Diploma-EEE, ECE, E&I Fresher /1 Year Experience.

    Bachelor Degree

    Salary package :

    12k-20k
