- Performance is measured against; Savings Vs Market (M2M)
- Macroeconomics and how it impacts material cost
- Agrocommodities (like Vegetable Oils, Sugar, Maize, Spices, Honey, Aromatic Oils)
- Non-Agro Commodities (like Gold/silver, Crude Oil, Mineral Oil, Polymers, Paper)
- Good analytical skills
- Great in interpersonal communication, convincing ability
- Good in making reports, charts and presentation skills
- Adept in using technology and systemize the analyst job
