REQUIREMENT

Looking for an architect with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with some exposure in office interiors. The profile is for a leadership Design Manager role who will be heading a team of 3 resources.

He/She will be reporting to the Head of design. He/She should have ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, preparing, construction and documentation. This role involves coordination with consultants, clients, site & PMC . He/She will be involved in new office interior designs, extensions and alterations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client's needs and to produce functional and aesthetically pleasing design and detail. Good Verbal and written communication skills are essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY/KRA

· Client interaction

· Preparing Design presentations

· Preparation of working drawings

· Preparing ordering schedules

· Coordination with site supervisors, external vendors

· Client handling/Coordination with client or client representative for regular feedback on project and follow up on design decisions.

· Make on periodic site visits to check on project status and resolve site issues.

SOFTWARE PROFIECEINCY

· Should be well versed with the ACAD
