    Business Research Analyst - Education

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Research Analyst to join our highly motivated team and contribute to our ongoing success by providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations based on thorough market analysis.

    Summary

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for research and a deep understanding of the higher education sector.

    As a Business Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support our clients in the higher education sector.


    The role requires a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with the ability to adapt research approaches to industry context.


    You will collaborate with strategy and business teams to present final analysis report of key findings with an aim to suggest strategies including cutting cost, increasing revenue, making critical decisions, and help our clients to define their go to market strategy, identify trends and opportunities.


    The post holder will need to have through understanding of Indian and global higher education sector, Macro Economic factors and different research methodologies with excellent command over English language.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Understand client and project requirements.
    • Dive deep into client's problem situation, suggest a solution and strategize the next steps and way forward.
    • Develop market and sectoral understanding (different geographies)
    • Plan research strategies to meet the needs of specific research projects. This includes creating an action plan to find the information and data needed and estimating the time it will take to complete the research.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research using various methodologies to gather data and insights relevant to the industry and company goals.
    • Analyze consumer behaviour, market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks.
    • Develop and execute surveys, interviews, and focus groups to collect primary data, and utilize both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
    • Interpret and present findings through detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations, providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
    • Present the research findings that help clients to take critical decision on market entry, expansion and find new opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative research methods to enhance the quality and depth of research conducted.
    Experience & Skills

    3-5 years of experience in Market Research/strategy consulting/Sectoral Research with focus on Education sector.
    Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

    • Proficiency in utilizing various research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical software.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide innovative solutions based on research findings.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • Certification in Power BI, Data visualisation, MS PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
