    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing GST-related matters for our clients, ensuring compliance, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of GST.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Portfolio Management:

    Manage and execute 11 SKU's (Service Keeping Units) of our company for clients, including but not limited to GST registrations, GST monthly filing, GST annual filing, GST refunds, GST litigation, GST expert opinions, and other ancillary services.

    Oversee the end-to-end process of each SKU, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

    2. Team Leadership:

    Effectively manage and lead the team responsible for delivering the above services.

    Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in GST matters.

    3. Client Communication:

    Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.

    Keep clients updated on the progress and status of their engagement, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

    4. SOP Development:

    Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GST-related services to streamline operations and ensure consistency in service delivery.

    Implement and monitor adherence to SOPs within the team.

    5. Training and Development:

    Conduct regular training sessions for the team to keep them abreast of GST laws, recent developments, and best practices.

    Foster a learning environment to enhance the team's expertise in GST matters.

    6. Representation and Advocacy:

    Represent the company before GST authorities for matters related to refunds and litigations.

    Draft litigation responses and file replies and appeals on behalf of clients in GST-related matters.

    7. Documentation and Compliance:

    Maintain comprehensive records of GST transactions and engagements.

    Ensure strict compliance with GST laws and regulations in all client interactions and internal processes.

    8. Process Improvement:

    Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency in managing GST engagements.

    Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions.

    Qualifications:

    Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

    Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience specifically in GST.

    In-depth knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Work Environment:

    The position is based on-site, requiring the GST Manager to work closely with the team at our office. This on-site presence is essential for effective collaboration and timely resolution of client matters.
