    Position Title: Project Manager

    Location: Mohali and Bangalore

    Experience: 12-14 Years

    Currently seeking a motivated PMO to handle IT projects globally (Servers and Networks installation/ Maintenance) and ERP Implementation. Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 12 years of experience dealing with IT Project delivery and ERP Implementation. This is a full-time role and requires the ability to plan, multi-task, and follow through on projects.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    It includes coordinating, executing, and delivering IT projects globally and ERP Implementation. The role of the PM is to lead large and complex projects and to take responsibility for the achievement of the agreed goals and objectives. PMs will spend most of their time project managing a large or strategically important project, which may be part of a program. The key differentiator will be their project management skills. Whilst probably using established methodologies and processes, the PM is molding them to provide a better solution. Professional capability in project management is displayed when the leader of the project delivers the results required by all stakeholders. This requires managing the many variables that occur, during the life of the project. The projects that a senior project manager is responsible for are likely to be large and strategically important. Financial: Managing the finances of a project is of primary concern and an important part of the project manager's responsibilities. The authority levels and tolerances should be as defined in the governance arrangements and approved in the project plan. Any expenditure above the agreed tolerance needs to be approved by the sponsor, or if responsible for a sub-project, the overall Program Manager/ Project Manager Staff: PM uses staff resources provided by the line organization. It is the responsibility of the APM/PM/Sr. PM to ensure that his/her level of authority regarding the resources is clearly defined and understood by all parties as part of the project governance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Establish strong communication channels between the Company's global clients, the company's internal staff and Service Partners.
    • Work with the team to deliver the projects.
    • Provide a structured governing project management body.
    • Provide a centralized management structure for all project management functions.
    • Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities.
    • Outline a well-defined project management process or methodology.
    • To provide project schedules, cost, and finance information to aid the Program/Project control, and monitoring.
    • Develop Project Charter Develop Preliminary Scope Statement Develop Project Management Plan, Direct and manage project execution Monitor and control project work Integrate change control Close project.
    • To provide full support to the Program/Project Managers in their role of Program/Project Delivery.
    • Supervising and leading the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team.
    • Implementing established policies, system monitors, and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program.
