    Description

    Position Responsibilities

    Various design engineer administrative tasks such as item registrations and engineering release/change order registrations to ERP system/-s.

    Engineering purchase order administration, and monitoring of delivery and payment status.

    Engineering HW tools and process administration i.e. creation and sustaining of user accounts, license monitoring, annual license agreement renewals, and process documentation.

    Engineering HW tools support for engineering users in regards to CAD and PDM matters during development, change and release processes.

    Write technical documentation such as for user manuals, installation manuals, service manuals and spare part lists.

    Write design- and development documents such as requirement specifications, test specifications, test reports, design descriptions and engineering control matrices.

    Basic mechanical documentation, -design and -3D CAD modelling, and registration to PDM.

    Candidate Experience and Qualification

    BE in mechanical engineering

    3+ years working experience in similar position.

    Experience working with engineering tools and procedures is a merit.

    Proficiency in PDM system, preferably Enovia SmarTeam

    Proficiency in CAD system, preferably SolidWorks

    Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint)

    Proficiency in ERP systems, preferable Oracle

    Proficiency in making Workflow diagrams
