    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using Node. js and a strong foundation in the Strongloop framework (34 years of experience).
    • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Heroku.
    • Implement robust security measures to protect APIs from internal and external threats.
    • Possess a deep understanding of SOA standards like SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, UDDI, and WSI for seamless integration.
    • Design and develop microservices architectures, considering tradeoffs between business needs, cost, and security.
    • Lead technical teams in building solutions that integrate various technologies and platforms.
    • Work effectively with different database technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgres, and MySQL to ensure data access and manipulation.
    • Utilize application monitoring and log analytical tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, or Splunk to identify and troubleshoot issues proactively.
    • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code adhering to best practices.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest advancements in , cloud technologies, and API security best practices.

    Qualifications :

    • 57 years of experience developing applications using
    • 34 years of experience working with the Strongloop framework.
    Strong understanding of web development concepts (HTTP, REST, etc.).

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Heroku for deployment and management.
    • Proven ability to design and implement secure REST APIs.
    • Familiarity with SOA principles and related standards (SOAP, REST, WSDL, etc.).
    • Experience with building microservices architectures.
    • Leadership experience in technical teams (a plus).
    • Experience with various database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, etc.).
    • Familiarity with application monitoring and log analysis tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong passion for learning and staying uptodate with new technologies.
