    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate-KYC Analyst

    In this role, the KYC Analyst is expected to have fair understanding of KYC operations from documentary and non-documentary verification as per CIP policy and must be able to identify.

    Responsibilities

    ·Conduct IDV (ID verification) and customer screening against a watchlist of Sanctions, PEP and adverse media

    ·Conducts due diligence and recommends appropriate risk-based business actions to be taken concerning client relationship onboarding or ongoing monitoring

    ·Conduct customer screening and documentary verification of beneficial owner and controllers

    ·Research and gather the missing information from various reliable independent sources to address the gap and complete the case

    ·Communicate with Team Lead to resolve escalated issues as needed.

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum qualifications

    ·High School Graduate or Equivalent. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

    ·Similar work experience at a financial institution

    ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ·Teamwork demonstrated via participation is sports or extracurricular activities in school / college

    Preferred qualifications/Skills

    ·Ownership, document nature of business

    ·Ability to gather the information from various data sources (Corporate registry) screening tools and/or other tools for CIP

    ·Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy

    ·Motivated, team-oriented, with the ability to work independently

    ·Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read, understand and adhere to procedures

    ·Ability to seek and act on feedback & attention to detail
