We are seeking a creative storyteller and digital communicator to bring the work and impact of Biological E. Limiteds Foundation initiatives to life across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will craft compelling narratives, spotlight community voices, and build engagement around our social impact programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Stories, visuals, interviews, social media captions, reels, and feature stories.
• Social Media Management: Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Threads.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, monitor conversations, and represent the Foundations voice online.
• Analytics: Track and report social media performance using analytics tools.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with creative freelancers and internal teams to generate impactful content.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital storytelling, or nonprofit communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Development Studies, or related fields. (MBA in Marketing/Communications is preferred but not mandatory.)
