    Lead - Performance & Rewards

    Job Summary:

    As the Performance & Rewards Lead, you will lead the development, implementation, and communication of the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs. You will also develop efficient practices and strategies with an objective of maximising employee performance and development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs.

    Develop performance management policies and frameworks.

    Provide guidance to line managers in setting up performance indicators, conducting performance reviews and explaining evaluation ratings.

    Monitor and review the performance management system by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions.

    Maintain proper records of performance reviews and ensure sensitive information are securely stored.

    Oversee the design & development of job evaluations, salary structures, ESOP policy, incentive plans etc.

    Provide expert advice to management on compensation and benefits issues

    Oversee the administration of the company's health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.

    Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.

    Work with HR colleagues to create and implement talent management and retention strategies.

    Partner with finance to develop and manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs.

    Partner with external consultants, brokers, and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.

    Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are communicated effectively to employees and are aligned with the company's overall culture and values.

    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits programs.

    Qualifications:

    Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    12-15 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management, compensation and benefits.

    Strong knowledge of Central and State employment laws related to compensation and benefits.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Strong project management skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
