    We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Head to join our team at Tejoo Fashions PVT LTD. As a Creative Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all creative aspects of our company. This includes developing and executing innovative design concepts, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the highest quality of creative output. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and possess exceptional creative and leadership skills.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a creative team
    • Strong creative and conceptual thinking
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of creative output
    • Develop and execute innovative design concepts for our products, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and integration of brand messaging in all marketing materials
    • Oversee the production process, ensuring that all creative projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our creative strategy
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
    • Provide creative direction and feedback to external agencies and vendors
    • Maintain and enforce brand standards and guidelines
    • Ensure all creative materials align with our company's values, vision, and target audience
