    Here the person will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy and initiatives toaccelerate growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen our position in the market.

    Reportingdirectly to the CEO, you will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborateclosely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.


    Key functional responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, demandgeneration, and customer acquisition in the B2B market segment.
    • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, includingdigital, social media, events, and content marketing, to engage target audiences and drivemeasurable results.
    • Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identifyopportunities and inform decision-making.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,partners, industry influencers, and media outlets, to enhance brand reputation and drivethought leadership.
    • Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, andproduct messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition anddifferentiators.
    • Drive continuous optimization and performance measurement of marketing initiativesthrough data-driven analysis and KPI tracking, ensuring ROI and effectiveness.
    • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and professional development.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2Bmarketing to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

    Requirements :

    • MBA degree from a reputable institution with a focus on marketing or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the technologyor SaaS industry, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategiesthat drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
    • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, metrics, and reporting tools to measureperformance and drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a diverse team ofmarketing professionals.
