Overview

The Senior EISDeveloper plays a crucial role in the organization by leading thedesign development and implementation of Enterprise InformationSystems (EIS). They are responsible for creating efficient scalableand highperformance EIS solutions that meet the organizationsstrategic needs.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design develop andimplement EIS solutions using cuttingedgetechnologies
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to gather and analyze businessrequirements
• Create and maintain data modelsfor EIS databases
• Develop ETL processes tointegrate data from various sources into theEIS
• Optimize EIS performance and ensure datasecurity and integrity
• Lead and mentor juniorEIS developers
• Participate in the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle including testing anddeployment
• Identify and resolve EISrelatedissues and performance bottlenecks
• Stay updatedwith industry best practices and emerging technologies in EISdevelopment
• Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand and address their EIS needs
• DocumentEIS designs processes and solutions
• Contributeto the continuous improvement of EIS developmentprocesses
• Provide technical guidance andsupport to EIS users
• Conduct performance tuningand optimization of EISapplications
• Participate in the evaluation andselection of EIS tools andtechnologies

RequiredQualifications

• Requirements for thecandidate include a BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with 6 8 years of industryexperience.
• They should have handsonexperience in EIS including Policy Billing Claims Customer and DXPCapabilities.
• They should be experts inJava/J2EE Spring Hibernate Spring Boot Microservices Web Service(Rest & SOAP) Apache Camel CXF and Kafka.
• They should have the ability to design andprovide solutions for external integrations. Experience in Auto(Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS is requiredalong with a good understanding of Agilemethodology.
• The candidate should haveexcellent communication skills experience in the insurance domainProperty & Casualty realtime knowledge of enterprise systemintegration and a bachelors degree in computer science orinformation technology.
• They should beproficient in SQL ETL tools and data modelling techniques withhandson experience in Python or other programming languages. Theyshould have a strong understanding of business intelligenceconcepts and tools data warehousing and mining principles andexperience with cloudbased EIS solutions (e.g. AWSAzure).
• The candidate should have excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills proven ability to lead EISdevelopment projects effective communication and collaborationskills experience in performance tuning and optimization of EISapplications and relevant EIS technology certifications (e.g.Oracle Microsoft).
• They should have theability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environmentknowledge of data governance and compliance standards and anunderstanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies in EISdevelopment.
