    Hoopr is looking for 2 Business Development Executive resources with a min. 3yrs experience preferably in SAAS sales/subscription sales or background in media, to drive our platform subscription growth. The role will have excellent growth opportunities in the revenue team of Hoopr.

    Experience required: 2-3 years in Saas/subscription sales or a media and entertainment background

    CTC: INR 4 LPA- 6 LPA (negotiable based on your last drawn CTC)

    Location: On-site (Mumbai)

    Responsibilities –

    · Be obsessed with sales targets and process

    · Identifying leads or working with the outbound sales gen team to get leads in the system

    · Scheduling meetings and conducting demos everyday with the potential customers

    · Updating each conversation within the sales CRM tool and maintaining the leads pipeline meticulously

    · Following up religiously and selling monthly subscriptions of the platform to brands, agencies, broadcasters, OTTs, and production houses

    · Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

    · Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for the clients on the platform

    · Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue projections

    · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our product

    · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including music, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and customer success
