- Advertisers/Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients who are looking for lead-generation services.
- Develop and implement a client acquisition strategy to grow the client portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional client servicing.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Conversion Tracking Platform Management:
- Ensure the conversion tracking platforms' proper setup, configuration, and maintenance and must know of Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
- Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and improve system functionality.
- Provide technical support to affiliate partners and clients using the conversion tracking platform.
- Collaborate with clients and affiliate partners to set up lead-generation campaigns on the platforms.
- Implement accurate tracking links, creative assets, and campaign parameters.
- Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
- Collaborate with clients to optimize their lead-generation campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all campaigns meet Promotion Bazaar's quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Conduct periodic quality checks to maintain a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing industry trends and best practices.
