    Job Description:

    As an Advertiser Sales Manager at Promotion Bazaar, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and optimizing Lead Generation campaigns. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of the conversion tracking platform and delivering excellent results for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Advertisers/Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential clients who are looking for lead-generation services.
    • Develop and implement a client acquisition strategy to grow the client portfolio.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional client servicing.
    • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
    1. Conversion Tracking Platform Management:
    • Ensure the conversion tracking platforms' proper setup, configuration, and maintenance and must know of Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
    • Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
    • ​Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and improve system functionality.
    • Provide technical support to affiliate partners and clients using the conversion tracking platform.
    • Collaborate with clients and affiliate partners to set up lead-generation campaigns on the platforms.
    • Implement accurate tracking links, creative assets, and campaign parameters.
    1. Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with clients to optimize their lead-generation campaigns.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
    1. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all campaigns meet Promotion Bazaar's quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
    • Conduct periodic quality checks to maintain a high level of service and client satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns.
    • Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing industry trends and best practices.
